In India, Ebay bought the domestic online auction house bazee.com and converted it into a more secure and user friendly online market. By the way, Ebay has its network in about 20 different countries, i.e. a separate website and marketplace for each of these countries. For example, ebay uk is located at ebay.uk while ebay Australia is at ebay.au.
